By booking an appointment here at Enchanted Wax Studio, you are agreeing to these policies

Please give 24 hours notice of any cancellations. This can be done via the link in your confirmation text or by contacting me at 267-416-0067. No shows & late cancels will be charged for 50% of services booked to the card on file.

I accept all major credit/debit cards, apple pay and cash. I do not accept venmo/cashapp. Please note - I do not carry change so cash payments must be made exact.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period to show up for your scheduled appointment. At the 10 minute mark, your appointment will be canceled or rescheduled. PLEASE NOTE: you will be charged as a “late cancellation” / “no show” for your appointment if you are late.

There will be no refunds given for services rendered. If you are unhappy with your service, please let me know within 5 days and I will contact you privately to remedy the issue. All product sales are final.
